1. Products eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges are those received with defects, deformity, or damages only. Buyer's remorse or change of mind is not covered by DN Venture Wellness Return or Refund Policy. Please be reminded that there are no existing laws that allow consumers to return goods they purchased and ask for a refund simply because they have changed their minds.
2. Items that are damaged, deformed, or defective can be exchanged within 7 days upon receipt. Outside this timeline, the items could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control, which could have contributed to the damage, deformity, or defect.
3. Opened and used consumables are also non-refundable and non-returnable. While we understand that you may realize you no longer need the product, we will not be able to take these items back due to personal hygiene standards and merchant limitations. Give them another chance—you might learn to love them as much as they love you!

If DN Venture Wellness committed an error in sending the wrong item, the customer will not be charged for anything, but we require the customer's cooperation in returning the item to the Return Center of either Ninja Van, J&T, or LBC.
DN Venture Wellness does not have its own delivery service, and Ninja Van, J&T, or LBC will not send any of their employees to pick up your return item for us or any other stores because that is not within their scope of support. We cannot request this service, as they are not our employees.
6. Shipping fees are not eligible for refunds. If the buyer requests a refund instead of a replacement for a damaged, deformed, or defective item, only the product's worth will be refunded.
7. Refunds will be issued after DN Venture Wellness receives the returned item. DN Venture Wellness can refund through the following channels:

Kindly ensure that the returned item is packed in its original packaging, with free gifts, warranties, tags, manuals, and any other items that came with it. Please note that return requests may be rejected if these conditions are not met.
As much as we want to use the most convenient channels for our customers, please understand that not all channels are available for us.
Though DN Venture Wellness aims to expedite all shipments, there is currently no way to do so for cash-on-delivery orders. As stated on our website, in our mobile app, and communicated by our customer service and sales team, our delivery timeframe is 3-7 business days upon order fulfillment, to which you agreed when placing your order.
In the event that you need to cancel your order, we can only do so under these two conditions:
1. Your package is still with us, and we have not yet forwarded it to one of our partner couriers for delivery.
2. There has been no delivery attempt by our courier after 7 business days, and you no longer need the item.
If you contact DN Venture Wellness to request a cancellation and the status of your order does not meet either of the above conditions, DN Venture Wellness will not be able to cancel your order, as it is already in the hands of our partner courier.
Should you insist on canceling, please understand that couriers will still charge us for delivery and storage, which may range from P150 to P300 one way. Additionally, the courier will charge us the same amount (P150 to P300) for the return. This could result in a charge of P300 to P600 against us simply because an order was placed and later canceled.
DN Venture Wellness wishes to avoid resorting to legal actions to prevent losses caused by such cancellations. We kindly ask all customers to be responsible buyers and to avoid abusing the cash-on-delivery method.
DN Venture Wellness works with three of the biggest couriers in the Philippines, allowing us to ship to almost anywhere in the country—from Batanes to Tawi-Tawi.
- CASH ON DELIVERY
DN Venture Wellness delivers your package to your home, and you can pay upon receiving it. The delivery staff will collect your payment.
Please be reminded that the delivery staff are not our employees; they work for either Ninja Van, J&T, or LBC. They won’t be able to answer questions about the items you ordered from Primrose Store.

- HOW FAST IS DELIVERY?
Delivery time is 3-7 business days upon fulfillment of the order. Fulfillment time is only 24-48 hours. Holidays may affect delivery times.
Orders from DN Venture Wellness are shipped from Metro Manila. The customer’s distance from the capital may influence delivery time, and customers residing in the Metro Manila area may receive their packages in less than 3 business days.
Ninja Van, J&T, or LBC handle deliveries for us. DN Venture Wellness has no direct control over these couriers' operations, so we cannot commit to a specific delivery date.
- SHIPPING FEE
DN Venture Wellness charges a fixed shipping fee of P185.00 per transaction or package not exceeding 3 kilograms. If the items ordered won’t fit in our large pouch, an additional P60.00 shipping fee may apply.
For orders worth P1,600.00 or more, DN Venture Wellness will not charge a shipping fee.
- WHY DO WE CHARGE SHIPPING FEES WHILE MANY OTHER STORES OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
